  1. From the album: Gypsy

From my days with Team USA. We flew against other "countries" in the mid 2000s (IL2 1946). Only lost one match in 3 years.

  3. Well, you can combine different brands of modules of RAM... but once you go the o/c route, it might limit you a lot. Is that i5 a K model? If so, then get the 32GB new memory, and start o/c. If it's not a K model, then try and get the memory as cheap as possible - and just hold out until next year. Simples. Ain't it?

  4. I think that the MB will match the slower speed memory I dont think its worth buying DDR3 if you are going to upgrade in the next year or so

  5. Dunno. 8 gig is certainly not enough. I think I'm running 24 gig of DDR 3 but the real night and day difference for me was installing it on an SSD and moving from a gtx970 to a 2070. DCS in VR

  6. Another point to bear in mind is most motherboards are now DDR 4. See PM!

  7. 32 definitely. For current use and future proofing

  8. Personally if you'd budgeted for £120 I'd go for the 32, as DCS can and wil use it - plus you'll have future proofed your RAM requirements for a while.

  10. Tom, It does have that effect on you once you have started. As I have said before I have built a small N gauge layout up stairs for the winter months. DD_Arthur, It is 16mm scale the correct scale down for the real narrow gauge railways around the country. The track length is 111 meters and the duration of a complete run is just over four mins. The hardest part for me is having to deal with the vegetation each season, mole hill's,flooding. However I would not like to elevate the track as Gauge 1 owners have to, although the knee's would not agree? Here is the second of the newer vids taken two years ago. Grandparent commitments and medical issues meant a quiet time last summer on the BTHR.
